NEMA presents delivery kits to expectant mothers in Borno IDP camps

Officials of the National Emergency Management Agency presented delivery kits to 410 expectant mothers in the various IDP camps in Borno state yesterday August 13th. Borno state governor, Kashim Shetimma was on hand to monitor the distribution. Items in the delivery kit included babynet, baby bag, milk, Milo, pampers, basket, towel and soap. Police officers in the Kogi state police command, yesterday arraigned Mohammed Audu, the first son of former governor of the state, Abubakar  Audu, at the Chief Magistrate Court II, Lokoja, for alleged robbery and attempted culpable homicide. Mohammed and about 15 other members of his family were arrested by the police yesterday.
